I visited the Polaris mall yesterday in hopes to have my charm bracelet cleaned. When I walked into the store no one greeted me, the workers simply look at me and looked away. I approached an associate to see if my bracelet could be cleaned, but she continued to ignore me and help other customers. The store seemed under staffed and not interested in my business at all. I have always loved Pandora and have had many positive experiences with the brand overall. However, my visits to this particular location have been consistently disappointing. Each time I’ve visited, there has only been one associate assisting customers on the floor, while others appear to remain in the back. I LOVE pandora. So much. This store though? Well…Every time I have visited this particular location, i have seen only one person outside helping people and it takes 5-10 minutes for someone else to come from the back to help the other customers who are waiting.
