Maybe the worst pandora location i ever been to everytime I go in there and someone is either rolling their eyes or walks up like they don’t want to help . I have this same experience everytime at this polaris location. I take my girlfriend in there to get a ring she wanted and they didn’t have her size there so I say ok can you check if Easton does and they call ONE time and say I can’t get ahold of them their not answering but they only tried once lol. Amazing customer service! I barely had to wait and was helped as soon as an employee was free. The lady who helped me was so sweet, patient, and even triple checked to see if my size of ring was in stock. When it wasn't she returned it and ordered me my size. Great experience and I absolutely recommend this location!

I'm honestly not surprised this store has a 3 star. I was absolutely appalled by the service I got today. My 90 year old grandma got me the family charm bracelet for Christmas; over $200 and it didn't come out too long ago. I go in to exchange my size; that's it. I called the store before hand, I said she doesn't have the recipe but we have all her information as she came in the store to purchase it. Dong waste your money or time!!!! The people here are horribly rude and the store refused to hold an order extra couple days I was out of town n was given 3 days I called when I realized I wouldn't make it back in time (the same day) multiple times a day for 3 days left messages an nothing, no call back no one answered, good luck getting any help
