The girls who work here are unfriendly and unwelcoming. No one greeted me or acknowledged my existence when I wanted to purchase a ring.

Today I went to the Polaris Store because a ring I was gifted for Valentines day lost 2 stones. When my husband went to purchase, the store said falling stones comes under a manufacturing warranty and they would immediately replace it and I have a 1 year warranty on the product. Maybe the worst pandora location i ever been to everytime I go in there and someone is either rolling their eyes or walks up like they don’t want to help . I have this same experience everytime at this polaris location. I take my girlfriend in there to get a ring she wanted and they didn’t have her size there so I say ok can you check if Easton does and they call ONE time and say I can’t get ahold of them their not answering but they only tried once lol. Amazing customer service! I barely had to wait and was helped as soon as an employee was free. The lady who helped me was so sweet, patient, and even triple checked to see if my size of ring was in stock. When it wasn't she returned it and ordered me my size. Great experience and I absolutely recommend this location!
