I had wonderful service from Lisandra, who solved all my problems with a ring I bought, and helped me with everything I needed to make the online purchase of a new ring. I highly recommend anyone who goes to the store to look for her, as her service is exceptional.
I came today Sunday drove 40 minutes because there’s not a closer pandora to me walk in 3 employees standing around doing nothing I ask to get my ring clean and they (chubby white man probably 5’7 )said no because it’s a “weekend and there normally busy on weekends so they only clean rings Monday- Friday. even tho all 3 employees were STANDING AROUND it was a SINGLE RING I’ve had it cleaned in less than 15 minutes before. Employees was just lazy
False advertisement on items and the employees offered no help
I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff was extremely rude. When I asked to see some jewelry, one of the employees forcefully showed it to me. It felt like I was being pressured into making a purchase, as they seemed frustrated when I didn't buy anything. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.
