The inventory options are great, but the staff's customer service is non-existent. I went in to pick up an order and was completely ignored by employees who walked right past me multiple times. There were only two other people in the store, so there was no excuse for the lack of communication. I would place an order here again because of the stock, but I am never walking back into this location.

Lisandra is an angel on earth. I’m sure this place has struggled with poor customer service previously, I saw the other girl working was just sitting in the back made absolutely no contact with us. But Lisandra? Is who keeps this place standing. It’s my 1 year anniversary with my husband, and we started my first time ever Pandora Charm bracelet, stacking a years worth of charms. My customer service experience at the Pandora store in Clackamas Mall was extremely disappointing. Evelina was not helpful at all—she rushed me the entire time and repeatedly asked if that was everything even after I clearly said I was still looking for more charms to buy. She answered “no” to all of my questions about charms without offering any alternatives or assistance. Because of this poor experience, I will definitely avoid this location in the future—you’re honestly better off shopping online. Very unprofessional.
