My customer service experience at the Pandora store in Clackamas Mall was extremely disappointing. Evelina was not helpful at all—she rushed me the entire time and repeatedly asked if that was everything even after I clearly said I was still looking for more charms to buy. She answered “no” to all of my questions about charms without offering any alternatives or assistance. Because of this poor experience, I will definitely avoid this location in the future—you’re honestly better off shopping online. Very unprofessional.
Unfortunately this store struggles with customer service. Best to skip it completely. Rude, irritated, and unhappy team members speaks volumes to the store management.
I had wonderful service from Lisandra, who solved all my problems with a ring I bought, and helped me with everything I needed to make the online purchase of a new ring. I highly recommend anyone who goes to the store to look for her, as her service is exceptional.
