Shout out to Tiffany at this location! She was the sweetest ever, very approachable, very knowledgeable!! She was such a breath of fresh air in comparison to her coworkers who were just standing around, talking the entire time. A word of caution to ALL customers. They have started plating over MYSTERY METAL. Many of the items are NOT Sterling silver anymore. Essentially you are paying silver prices for costume jewelry. Buyer beware.

We've been here a couple of times, most recently to buy a gift for our grandmother's birthday. The lady at the front was super nice. She showed us how to make something personal and customized in just a few minutes. Additionally, she brought out crayons for our kids to play with while we were going through the process. It could not have been more pleasant and my grandmother was blown away by the results. Also, the ability to actually draw and have the machine engrave it exactly is a huge bonus. Girl with the bad balayage told me to go to Claire’s to get my mom gold ball earrings for Christmas. Skip Pandora and go to the Banter kiosk. The girl with the purple and green hair has the best vibe.
