They have some of the worst customer service people I’ve ever dealt with the lady told me I could exchange the ring if I didn’t end up liking the sizing I wore the ring out so I didn’t end up getting a bag. So my hubby placed an online order to this location. Get there to pick it up. I was excited to get my bracelet and the associates were very friendly. The thing is the bracelet was a bit snug… This is why I gave them three stars..
