Muy mala experiencia mi esposo compró un anillo sorpresa para mí luego descubrimos que no me quedaba vinimos a la tienda a cambiarlo y lo que dijieron que no podían hacer nada porque el anillo fue una oferta pero cuando mi esposo lo compró no le hicieron saber eso y le dijieron ese día que lo compró que los anillos de oro puro no aplican para oferta Muy mala experiencia no la recomiendo para comprar oro ya que no son responsables de sus actos hacen perder el tiempo

Had a great experience today. I had an issue with my ring being too big and had to exchange it for a smaller size. The lady who helped me was super helpful and so kind. (I didnt get her name, but she was wearing green glasses.) She gave me cleaning/care advice for my ring that was super helpful.
