Terrible customer service. They lie about their machine to clean jewelry not working. Poor customer service.
“Everything is fixable except death” is what Zoriana employee id 1156496 said to my Wife after giving her terrible service. I ordered her a ring and when she went to pick it up she found out that this ring fits different than the others rings in that same size. My Wife wanted to exchange for a smaller size but the employee was moving so fast and was not listening and canceled the order in stead of exchanging it. My daughter's friend took her here to get a bracelet for charms. The store gave her a bracelet (without the charms) that they said would be a good size, but they clearly didn't account for the charms. Her other friends gave her some charms, and she put them on and tried wearing the bracelet for one day and found that it was too tight with the charms.
