Very condescending staff, not professional or agreeable. Refused to offer service to me simply because of physical attributes. Sales woman completely dismissed me at the store, instead attending to a woman with a lighter complexion. I'm sorry but Pandora you are not Tiffany & co. Your sterling silver and cubic zirconia is nothing to guard and hover over like it belongs in the Louvre. If I could rate it 0 or negative stars I would. Don't go to this location if you do not want to feel humiliated or belittled.
Terrible service this is the second time in less than a month that I have gone inside nobody acknowledges me I was skipped in like both times and both times they didnt even have enough people to say they missed me mind you that both time I had to come in just because my online orders are not what I wanted and spent over $250 both times im about to tell my daughter she will not be getting anymore pandora and just order silver from Mexico cheaper, and same quality, pandora do better get more attendees how it is possible that s... read more
