“Everything is fixable except death” is what Zoriana employee id 1156496 said to my Wife after giving her terrible service. I ordered her a ring and when she went to pick it up she found out that this ring fits different than the others rings in that same size. My daughter's friend took her here to get a bracelet for charms. The store gave her a bracelet (without the charms) that they said would be a good size, but they clearly didn't account for the charms. Her other friends gave her some charms, and she put them on and tried wearing the bracelet for one day and found that it was too tight with the charms. If I could give this a zero I would. I went to ask a question and exchange something and the older lady at front who was white and had short blond hair was so rude to me and she looked like she didn’t even want to be there told me I had to wait which I understand but I asked her nicely how long it was gonna take and she gave me a really nasty attitude and said I don’t know. Corporate should talk to its store and talk about being more friendly and more welcoming. I know not many people would be as calm as I was.
I usually don't have any issues but today i tried to go in to inquire about my ring missing 2 stones and is still in warranty. The older lady at the door had a terrible attitude I understand it's valentines day week. But I asked her a simple question and she responded with an attitude very un professional.
