If I could give this a zero I would. I went to ask a question and exchange something and the older lady at front who was white and had short blond hair was so rude to me and she looked like she didn’t even want to be there told me I had to wait which I understand but I asked her nicely how long it was gonna take and she gave me a really nasty attitude and said I don’t know. Corporate should talk to its store and talk about being more friendly and more welcoming. I know not many people would be as calm as I was.
I usually don't have any issues but today i tried to go in to inquire about my ring missing 2 stones and is still in warranty. The older lady at the door had a terrible attitude I understand it's valentines day week. But I asked her a simple question and she responded with an attitude very un professional.

Great! It was a busy Friday after Thanksgiving… and I was seen within 5-10mins. It gave me just enough time to look around and get acclimated. I’m not a jewelry girl- but I can see how the sparkle can lure you in. We received excellent customer service- including help with a personalized engraving on a charm for my son’s lovely girl. Several couples shopping in this shop!
