employee refused to clean my jewelry because “they don’t do cleanings on saturdays”. there was not a single other person who needed help in the store. guess they like getting paid to do nothing.

Not acknowledged again at this location. Every other location I’ve been to has been hands down solid service and at least said hello when busy. Looked around the store for around 10-15 minutes for not one person to say hello. We were excited to purchase as we saw great things on display but we left with nothing and will be going to another location another day to make a purchase. I don’t mind a wait but at least a smile and a we will be right with you would be enough.

I went by today to exchange my mother’s birthday gift due to ordering her and my bracelet (online) in the wrong size. Zoriana was an amazing help and so friendly to us! She made my mom feel super special and even offered to take pictures of us to keep for memories .
