She really takes her time getting to know you and is able to better help you find whatever you are looking for. She’s super attentive & intentional. They will overcharge you!! They don't print receipts and claim that you will receive a receipt on your email but I have yet to receive that. They will add the 30 dollar protection to your order without your knowledge!
This place does the worst engraving job ever, tried to talk to an employee about the job they did and said there is nothing they could do
