I bought a ring from the store a few days ago and I said I didn’t want the insurance for the charm bracelet and ring and she still left it on there. I paid $165 for a ring that costed $125 and a free bracelet. I only found out when I checked my receipt which I should have done earlier. Not once did I ask for the care protection insurance to be added to my order. I would go back for a refund if only I didn't live 2 hours away from the store! I purchased a bracelet here and the Manager was the one helping me check out, I realized I was over charged for this. I had initially asked for my receipt to be emailed, as I waited for it come to come through (10 minutes) I received an email from pandora for care protection 29.99. The manager did NOT ask if I wanted to purchase this NEITHER did I ask for this to be added on. This was very unprofessional considering her position. I am shocked at the rudeness of the associates at this location. We intended to purchase a bracelet but asked if our pandora rings could be cleaned. The nasty no we don't do that on weekends with eye roll (including friday) was uncalled for. I assure you we will never shop this location ( absolutely did not buy bracelet ) and after reading other reviews it seems this is standard practice at this store.
