3 starts only for Teagan as she was very helpful with my purchase. I had a brief interaction with the manager I believe her name was Christine or Christina, her customer service is absolutely nonexistent and she has a very condescending attitude.
Christina and Amaya were great. Very patient and helpful!
The person who helped me (Christine, whose name tag even said manager!) was very dismissive and rude. She was not nice and multiple times seemed very condescending with how she was speaking with me. If I hadn’t already planned on purchasing the item I did I would have walked out and not given her the sale. You’d think someone would be nicer when you’re giving them over a $200 sale! Very disappointed in the customer service here. What a shame.
