Lovely store. It was busy when I arrived, so I had to wait a few moments for the ladies to attend to me. They were all very nice, and assisted me with my online pickup. I did see some pretty items, which were hinted to my fiancee.
My daughter and I came in to see about a ring repair, the girl at the counter said no we cant do anything about that and kind of dismissed us. Jillian walked up to the counter and stated that we could try to call the corporate office to see about a repair. I asked if there was a number in the brochure that was on the counter. Jillian took the time to write down the corporate number and also found and printed the receipt from the ring purchase from almost 2 years ago.
