I had the great experience of meeting two great awesome young ladies Friday morning who were professional and friendly....Kudos ladies stay beautiful and kind always.
I went to the store to buy a ring, online it said that they have 6 in stock. When I got there the sale associate looked in one bin and said they don’t have it . Was not willing to look anywhere else or put any effort into helping me. Will not go there ever again.
Went in to look for some rings and bracelets, staff here was not helpful or welcoming , the girl helping us didn’t say a single word the whole time so didn't feel the need to spend my money here.
Visited Towson location Saturday and received excellent customer service from Ariana... She was very helpful in my decision making process , what I love the most she smiled the entire time .
The staff that worked with me were not very friendly!! I choose a piece to be engraved and they could not get it right after 4 tries! I just had to walk away! So disappointed!!
