I stopped buying from pandora about a year ago because the customer service is terrible.. I do have high expectations for service honestly but I’ve tried over and over with them and just given up at this point. Walked in to discuss their warranty specifications for plated bracelets and charms. They tried to tell me over multiple times that my charm doesn’t have warranty and I 100% know my husband purchases warranty for every single charm and piece I own, it’s a non negotiable for him. Amazing store and associates. Store is clean and inviting. Customers here can demand a lot of attention from the staff so if you are in a hurry just be patient.

Stood in this store for a good 25 minutes, one employee was helping a customer that whole time while another tended to 3 different couples (all white) who came in AFTER me… I know she knew I was waiting because I had asked the employee helping that one customer a question during a pause in her conversation while her customer tried on her bracelet. I was ready to purchase items from this store but how distasteful it felt to sit there & see how this other employee picked who she helped & who she did not
