Stood in this store for a good 25 minutes, one employee was helping a customer that whole time while another tended to 3 different couples (all white) who came in AFTER me… I know she knew I was waiting because I had asked the employee helping that one customer a question during a pause in her conversation while her customer tried on her bracelet. I was ready to purchase items from this store but how distasteful it felt to sit there & see how this other employee picked who she helped & who she did not

I came in to get my mom a necklace for mother’s day, the day before mother’s day, so of course it’s busy. I waited patiently at the counter, but the store was super packed. I didn’t get a chance to really look around because there were people around almost every display case. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. I ordered online and went to pick up my Ursula charm a couple days later. I walked in and was immediately greeted at the counter, she asked how she could help and I had my charm in hand within 5min. Their receipt machine was broken so they asked if I was ok with a digital receipt, which was totally fine. The problem employees that were once there don't seem to be employed anymore because all the employees seemed very attentive to their customers
