I'm only giving a star because I have to in order to write a review. I purchased a Pandora ring on Maui back in November at the only authorized dealer on the island. Within a month the stones started coming out. We remembered them telling us there is a one year warranty, but I couldn't find the receipt. I called the dealer on Maui and she was able to find the receipt and email it to me and told me I can go to any Pandora. Drove from Spokane, walked in engraver was out of order and Lou went out of his way to try and fix it and did. Great service, very talkative, and willing to go above and beyond for great service

I made it all the way to the back of the store without being greeted or spoken to. If I was the district manager, I probably could’ve made it to the back room without anyone noticing. Not good Pandora. Not good. I was only helped once I stood in front of employee as she polished jewelry with her head continuously down and just stared at her.

Experience going in was okay at best. They have a large amount of employees working there at once who just stand around the desk towards the back of the store having personal conversations, it made asking for help a really uncomfortable experience due to them stopping conversation and all staring at you. It makes the store unapproachable. It seemed like none of them wanted to check me out so I had to stand there and wait for someone to. It’s nice to see the charms in person but I think I’ll stick to purchasing online.

Customer service was insane here, twice. I thought the first time was this fluke experience; I was trying to purchase more of a collection I’d previously collected from. The initial saleswoman was sweet (both times, she was quiet and apologetic [Brie?]) but she was continuously spoken for or spoken over.
