I came in to get my mom a necklace for mother’s day, the day before mother’s day, so of course it’s busy. I waited patiently at the counter, but the store was super packed. I didn’t get a chance to really look around because there were people around almost every display case. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. I ordered online and went to pick up my Ursula charm a couple days later. I walked in and was immediately greeted at the counter, she asked how she could help and I had my charm in hand within 5min. Their receipt machine was broken so they asked if I was ok with a digital receipt, which was totally fine. The problem employees that were once there don't seem to be employed anymore because all the employees seemed very attentive to their customers

I went into the store to look at some charms for my bracelet. When I asked for help, Maya looked annoyed, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very bad customer service.

I had an excellent experience buying my first charm bracelet from Pandora. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she even let me try on her own bracelet to see how the length would feel when the bracelet is full of charms.
