I have been in to this store a ridiculous amount of times as of late. Service is always spectacular.
I made an online purchase, but one minute after submitting it, I realized that the shipping address was incorrect. Then I tried to contact support, and I was told that once the order is submitted, the address cannot be changed anymore. This does not make any sense, since I have not received the shipping confirmation yet. Terrible support and online order system.
