sam has amazing customer service, my bracelet was stuck from being so rusted & he took the time out his day to get it unstuck which is something he didn’t have to do!! go in and ask for sam!! they also have the best selections of jewelry & cartier glasses.
Had an amazing experience with their free jewelry cleaning with my boyfriend’s silver chain, it was quick and they were able to restore his tarnished silver! Very happy!
The poor service I had , just Ashlyn …I asked for prices she ignored me, then she do a mess with my payment, she is very respectful, ally experience she need brain 🧠
