I decided to stop by Pandora and pick out a charm for my bracelet. Heather was very helpful. She helped me to better understand clips and chains. I picked out a beautiful chain and got some great ideas on charms.

I believe that the company used to have a lifetime warranty, but now they too only warranty items for 1 yr. Any decent piece of jewelry will last over a year. I lost a lot of respect for the company when a clasp they made stopped open and closing that I bought about 3 years ago. Now they tell me to go see a "REAL jewelry store's repair shop. Ridiculous!!!!

Excellent service, friendly staff, great selection! Anytime I’m shopping pandora, I choose to go inside the Fritz farm location.
