The employees could be a bit more friendly at this location. I came in to look for a charm to be engraved and a mini murano. The employee that was helping me seemed so annoyed and uninterested. The employee at this location barely spoke to me when I asked to see things she just sat the tray down and look at me like had three heads. Yesterday, my group of (late 20s) friends came into the store to buy a similar ring for all of us. One of the sales associates pulled out the tray with rings, and we picked out a ring very quickly, within a few minutes, for a group of 7 girls. However, while we were looking, multiple other associates were very snarky and saying things like do not allow them to look at the tray without you standing there, make sure you have your hand on the tray while these girls are looking, etc. While we completely understand that this is s... read more

I decided to stop by Pandora and pick out a charm for my bracelet. Heather was very helpful. She helped me to better understand clips and chains. I picked out a beautiful chain and got some great ideas on charms.
