My favorite Pandora store to shop at! Recently went in to do a ring engravement. Felt a little lost at first on what I wanted (necklace,bracelet or a ring) but Lexi was able to show me all of the options available. I decided to go with a signet ring and she did not hesitate to let me try on multiple sizes to make sure I had a good fit. I got just a simple design on the ring but it was done quickly and I was very pleased to be able to watch it in store. I had the most amazing experience at this location! All the ladies greeted me as soon as I walked in and let me look around. Carly is who helped me decide on what I wanted. She answered all my questions. Was so kind and took her time with me. I ended up buying a pair of diamond earrings. She’s the reason I will be back to buy more jewelry!
The younger girls who work there don’t even acknowledge you when you come in every other Pandora greets you and asks you if you need help. They definitely need to work on their customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My husband bought me a Pandora ring for my birthday, and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, he purchased a size 6, while I actually needed a 7.5. When we went to the store to exchange it, they didn’t have my size. The only yellow gold ring they had was a size 8, so I decided to take it. I also asked about getting the ring in white gold instead, but I was told the white gold version was “online only” and that the store couldn’t help me.
