One star for the unfriendly staff! The staff in Marlton,NJ should work on their communication skills and interpersonal skills. Waiting for over 20 minutes in the store for two employees to just say hi or ask to wait till they are done with the other two costumers would be nice . I went to the store for what should have been a simple return/exchange, but as usual, the wait was long. The girl helping me was very sweet, but once I mentioned I wanted to return a necklace my husband had purchased the day before, she immediately went to get her manager. I had the barcode and all the purchase information, and they found it right away, but then I was told I needed my card. I asked why, since I was planning to exchange it for something else. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size with absolutely no issues.
Very unwelcoming atmosphere due to the store manager, she’s very condescending & rude. Told me my order did not “line up” and accused me of not being the person who ordered, although I gave all my information and it was placed with MY pandora account. Won’t be returning.
Naomi was wonderful. I enjoyed speaking with her and all of her knowledge about Pandora. I just started my bracelet and will definitely be back!
