The employees at this Pandora are always really nice to me. The first time I went here, I was looking a charm, but I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but knew the vibe I was going for. One of the really sweet workers had no problem with showing me anything I needed to see, giving me her opinions on what charms she thought fit what I was going for, and pointing everything out and letting me know deals and prices. DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDORA!!! After reading multiple reviews about the same issue, this Pandora store MAKES UP return policies and treats customers like they’re stupid. The managers completely made up a lie about not accepting returns ON ANY SALE ITEM at the end of the year whether or not it is marked final sale. Went to the cherry hill store and not only did they take the sale returns but also exchanged a final sale item which this store told me they couldn’t do either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My son and I visited this location last night to return an item he purchased for someone very special to him. Prior to us visiting the store, we checked online to see the return policy. I checked online before going into the store with him only due to him being unable to return the product alone a couple days prior because someone told him they couldn't return it because this store didn't sell this specific item.
