The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size with absolutely no issues.
Very unwelcoming atmosphere due to the store manager, she’s very condescending & rude. Told me my order did not “line up” and accused me of not being the person who ordered, although I gave all my information and it was placed with MY pandora account. Won’t be returning.
Naomi was wonderful. I enjoyed speaking with her and all of her knowledge about Pandora. I just started my bracelet and will definitely be back!
The employees at this Pandora are always really nice to me. The first time I went here, I was looking a charm, but I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but knew the vibe I was going for. One of the really sweet workers had no problem with showing me anything I needed to see, giving me her opinions on what charms she thought fit what I was going for, and pointing everything out and letting me know deals and prices.
