This Friday I did even exchange I a had a lovely experience and excellent customer service from 2 young Ladies by the name of Mayra & Syriana from the time I enter the store and leaving... It was my first time coming here for Mother’s Day for a gift, I got two charms the associate asked if I wanted her to put on the charms for me I said yes. She started to use her acrylic nails to open my bracelet class which one is very unsanitary, Anything could be under your nails, especially acrylic nails. Lines are extremely long and even if you place the order beforehand, you will have to wait. I’m writing this review to point out a reoccurring issue that's impacting businesses and it’s being ignored. I try to avoid negative reviews, but those that read my reviews know I’m honest about the experience, so just stating the facts here. The lack of adequate staffing these days is pathetic. I recently came here to change the ring size cause it didn’t fit for my girlfriend and recently now they told me they don’t accept exchange which when I bought it they said they can accept it, do not recommend this pandora, bad customer service

Very small store. Fewer varieties than I expected. They can serve about 3 customers at a time, so other have to stand in line outside the store. Other than these, nice staff, they are very helpful.
