I recently came here to change the ring size cause it didn’t fit for my girlfriend and recently now they told me they don’t accept exchange which when I bought it they said they can accept it, do not recommend this pandora, bad customer service
Very small store. Fewer varieties than I expected. They can serve about 3 customers at a time, so other have to stand in line outside the store. Other than these, nice staff, they are very helpful.
They never answer the phone and are rude in-store. The company itself is terrible. Worst customer service ever. Edit: See photo. Yeah, customer service is your top priority lol
Came to purchase 2 bangles for my granddaughters for Christmas and your general manager Christian was amazing and patient if i could give him 10 stars i would. Thank you Christian
