Sales girl made me feel like I am peace of shit. I buy often from pandora. And sales ladies are always smiling and welcoming. In this store the girl behaved like I just have to leave and don’t bother her. Her savior was the other sales lady as she was trying to help me and advise. I bought a ring, blue stones flower, in silver, $125, Thursday Sept 25th, around 5:30 p.m. Was not even given a thank you or enjoy your purchase when being handed a receipt.

Managers are belligerent, care team is careless, and product is low quality. Go elsewhere. What's the point? I wouldn't be in this merry go round, if it wasn't for your Assistant Manager Lily to begin with. Had she looked up and seen my ring was still eligible for exchange, I wouldn't have to deal with Customer "Care". Which is taking 15 DAYS to send me a PACKAGE LABEL, so I can RETURN the item LILY didn't want to exchange, without looking at it or my warranty might I add, this is very frustrating.
