Went in to get charms for my bracelet I was recently gifted. I asked where they were and was met with attitude by a sales lady stating “they are everywhere”. I give them another chance and inquired about a certain size for a ring I saw. the manager did not bother to look at me and told her employee to assist instead. I had a very disappointing experience at this Pandora location last night. My husband, who is currently out of the country, placed a surprise order for our anniversary so that I only had to go in and pick up the jewelry piece. It should have been a simple process. Instead, when I explained my situation to the first associate, she immediately told me in a dismissive tone that “they don’t do that here,” while looking me up and down in a very unprofessional way. Pretty crappy service. No one helped us while we were in there and it wasn’t busy. One other family was there and about 4 people working but no one even said hello to us, prices were fair but atmosphere wasn’t the best.

Today 12/30/2024 me and my family walked into this location to purchase a charm bracelet for my daughter and my niece at 4:45pm. As we walked in the store it wasn't packed there were two associates who were helping two customers which I understood but wasn't acknowledged at any point which was fine because they were helping other customers.
