Hello, My boyfriend went to pandora to get me a gift for Christmas on Sunday 14 it was a busy time because before the holidays however I understand because I work retail myself. If I could leave no stars I would! I try to come to this store often because it’s the closest one to me but without fail every time I go in the employees are extremely rude and have the snottiest attitudes. They will look you up and down like you don’t belong in there. They would rather play around in the back instead of helping the costumers. I finally give up clearly this place has no interest in most people’s business. I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way!

Wait list with 6 customers in the store and 9 employees is crazy. Makayla helped us with a stone face. No smile no customer service skills. Smh.

Went in to get charms for my bracelet I was recently gifted. I asked where they were and was met with attitude by a sales lady stating “they are everywhere”. I give them another chance and inquired about a certain size for a ring I saw. the manager did not bother to look at me and told her employee to assist instead. She used her hand in an uninterested manner to gesture her over.
