I don’t usually write reviews but this is the worst experience I have encounter by far I have a cubin link bracelet that I brought in to return because the links keep locking up I had my receipt as well as my warranty I haven’t even have the bracelet a whole month she refuse to take it back saying oh the color change I’m like ma’am how my 30 days not up till the 27th she takes the bracelet and tries to get the links unstuck just for it to break then tells me oh look you broke it and to call customer service!
