I wanted to return a full-price item that I purchased online within the 30-day return window. The item had gone on sale the week after buying, so I simply asked the associate if I could return it and then repurchase it at the current sale price. I was told that their policy doesn't allow that. What confused me was that the return policy clearly states that full-priced, unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. ​I’ve shopped at this Pandora location many times to buy gifts for my family and have never had an issue until my visit on May 9th. It was busy, but an employee named Alysha bumped into me quite hard and didn't even offer a basic apology—she just brushed it off like it didn't matter. Because of her lack of manners and unprofessionalism, I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. It’s a shame to be treated this way after being a long-time customer.

I had a very pleasant experience today at this Pandora location. Ashley came to assist me as a walk into the door. Victoria and Dayanara were assisting other customers with the utmost professionalism. It was such a peaceful experience. I had to wait for 5 minutes (actually less) for my service. I watched as customers were serviced patiently in and out. Thank you Pandora of Pearland!

Not very pleased with this location this morning. The girl Ashley act like she didn’t want to be there. I know it’s the day before Christmas. I was one of the first ones in there, so it’s going to be a long dry day for her. I didn’t like her customer service at all. If I was buying for my best friend I would have definitely passed on buying anything. Her attitude and body language gave annoyed.
