I walked in on 05/21 to pick up an online order. No one greeted me. A dark haired lady and blonde (Amber) looked up at me, then went back to doing whatever they were doing. No “hi, we’ll be right with you” or anything. The dark haired lady was nice was she started helping me. However, not the best experience. Online ordering was super easy though. I’ll just stick to online ordering given the rude experience in store.

Don't buy from Pandora, save your money!! Buy from James Avery instead!! If I could give negative stars I would!! I waited all year for the stupid santa hat heart charm to come out. I purchased it online and it was available at the Waco store. I called and let the store associate know that i would be out of town for a couple of weeks and could they please hold my order. Jennifer & Hailey H. were SO great. Very patient and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel rushed or an inconvenience. I had a complicated exchange/return & they handled it so well. I cannot wait to return and get more charms. Thank y’all!
I was just walking around mall and saw there was a pandora store now so decided to drop in to just look . As soon as I entered I was greeted and the associates were readily available to help me. They were so nice here and I will be coming back !
