I Purchased a ring for my granddaughter. Within a few times of her using it for special events and took good care of it it tarnished and turned her ring green. I bought the warranty so I thought we were gonna be OK. No it got denied after three months of having it. Pandora is a cheap low quality and highly marked up piece of trash. Do not buy from them. I had an excellent experience at Pandora Jewelry in South Plains Mall, Lubbock, TX. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable without being pushy. Kaylee took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Went in the other day to grab my long term girlfriend a gift. Here I am obviously lost and have no clue where to start my search. To the rescue y’all’s sales person Monica came and helped out. She basically did my job of picking out a gift while doing hers exceptionally well at the same time. She had all the knowledge on the products and what’s in season type stuff.
