I Purchased a ring for my granddaughter. Within a few times of her using it for special events and took good care of it it tarnished and turned her ring green. I bought the warranty so I thought we were gonna be OK. No it got denied after three months of having it. Pandora is a cheap low quality and highly marked up piece of trash. Do not buy from them.
ZERO stars!! This place needs new sales people and management! As you walk in - NO ONE GREETS you!! Two of the white women just look at you like you are complete trash! Went in to exchange a bracelet for being too big and was going to purchase more charms- due to them being so disrespectful and rude- returned ALL of my items for my money back!!!! Do not waste your time- order online or go elsewhere!!!!! Avoid this place!!!!!!!
Everytime we have gone the have been closed 30 minutes to an hour earlier then what’s on the door and online. And I bought two brackets in the last year, that had both broken the first one in 6 months The second in less then 15 days which is why I’ve been trying to go exchange it. Especially after the lady closed the door in my husbands face 40 minutes before close yesterday really got me. I’ll be getting my refund and never purchasing from this store again. Do better:)
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service in this branch is poor. The cashiers in the front do not greet customers when they enter and they cannot give price estimates on ANYTHING. Horrible training. They are so lack luster and they respond to customers with attitude when asked anything. If you don’t like your job please leave ladies, no one is forcing you to be there.
