Great customer service. Nice location with good parking. Clean store. Nice variety with reasonable pricing.
This location is the worst. I was very excited about putting together a necklace. Then, hopes were dashed when the salesperson didn’t meet my expectations. I wanted to see multiple charms at once to finally decide on a look, her response was I can only have one out at a time. The experience spiraled from then and it didn’t feel right. I’m disappointed that the experience wasn’t more personable, and I left with nothing.
My wife LOVES Pandora and we have spent thousands on her jewelry. A couple of her charm bracelets were looking bad and I wanted to get them cleaned up for her for Mothers Day. We come in and the store was not that busy at all and they had 3 reps standing around. We are told by the young guy there they “don’t have time” and can’t help us and to come back Monday, AFTER MOTHERS DAY.
