Today was my third time visiting this location and I really tried to give them a chance but I will not be returning ever! The customer service is soo below what I thought Pandora’s standards were especially for how much people spend their hard earned money on their jewelry. Great customer service. Nice location with good parking. Clean store. Nice variety with reasonable pricing.
This location is the worst. I was very excited about putting together a necklace. Then, hopes were dashed when the salesperson didn’t meet my expectations. I wanted to see multiple charms at once to finally decide on a look, her response was I can only have one out at a time. The experience spiraled from then and it didn’t feel right. I’m disappointed that the experience wasn’t more personable, and I left with nothing.
