Came in looking for a Mother’s Day gift. First time shopping for charms, so I was unsure of their selection and asked to see multiple trays. After looking at a couple trays, the employee assisting me says “since you’re so indecisive you should look online and decide what you want,” she then proceeded to go off and talk to another employee leaving me with no option but to leave. This location has been exceptional compared to the Kenwood location. The associates take their time to not only get to know you but try to find the best options for you as well. I highly recommend this Pandora if you want a worker who is going to ask you about why you are buying a piece of jewelry.
I had a very frustrating experience with this Pandora Jewelry location and would not recommend it. I placed an online order specifically with this store because they showed all my items as in stock, and it was more convenient than going to the mall. However, about two hours after placing the order, I was notified that one of the items was actually not available and had been canceled. Customer service from Jacob 10/10 helpful BUT I don’t know what it is about this LOCATION and they jewelry but it gives cheap.. better off going to kenwood. 3/11 I went and purchased a charm and spacer.. today is 3/12 11:31AM next morning the spacer is gone?
