Came in to get a new bracelet for my sister, accidentally bought the wrong size, Kaleb helped me both times and she is an absolute GEM! I came inside today 12noon 7/22/2025! Staffs are useless! No ine assisted me! This is bad fir your business! You should fire these staffs!
I came in shopping for a gift from my mother. Upon coming in Kaitlyn D was my sales rep. She was so phenomenal! She was so patient and kind with all my questions and suggestions she had! She made my whole experience wonderful. I was a retail store manager for 11 years, and finding someone like her is difficult; she is a true asset to your store.
I was looking for a certain bracelet and called the store Hailey was so pleasant and informative, when I arrived at the store Nicole was a true example of professionalism and courtesy, she helped me find everything I was looking for and made helpful suggestions , the other staff was helpful and very friendly , I have been to this store several times but this shopping experience was the best , you have amazing staff that truly understand customer service and care about their customers , I will definitely be returning!!!
