Retail associate was rude and refused to check for my package. Never order online to pick up from this store, as they will NOT assist you in the manner that is needed.
Brooklyn & Lilliana helped out so much. Traveled 45 mins away for replacement ring. They had plenty of inventory & great suggestions . I headed back happy home again 💍🤍the product Fits perfectly! They had fast & friendly service!! I recommend this location.
My first time in there was a great experience
I recently bought a gift for my girlfriend online from Pandora and scheduled an in-store pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was treated with a complete lack of respect by the staff. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special moment. I expected better customer service from a brand like Pandora, and I left very disappointed.
