I recently bought a gift for my girlfriend online from Pandora and scheduled an in-store pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was treated with a complete lack of respect by the staff. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special moment. I expected better customer service from a brand like Pandora, and I left very disappointed.

Great service and great prices. Destinee was a great sales person attending to our request and made sure we had exactly what we were looking for.

I went inside and it was not very busy at all! I waited at the counter for an associate to help my fiancé and I. As we waited, the workers looked at us. Then, a couple walked in and were helped within 30 seconds. The crazy part is that they stood right next to us! They were helped before us. We told the worker that helped them that we were next.
