Tom is a wonderful person! I love the personal touch and great at the sales they make! They helped us find what we needed and didn’t make us feel bad about uncertainty! We left with a wonderful anniversary gift for friends and a little something just for us. All the sales people were amazing and so sweet! You can tell they love their job and enjoy eachother. Wish I could take this Pandora back to my state!
Tom is an amazing Pandora Sales Specialist! He has great energy, and helped my wife and I in picking out a unique ring that felt true to her. His patience as she looked at gold, then silver, then gold again for rings and bracelets is one to highlight. We would shop with him again. Thanks Tom!
I highly recommend this particular store!!! Nothing short of professionalism, great customer service and very kind and helpful salespeople. It was a very hot day out and I had sat down on a bench in the sitting area and left my purchase on the bench! A kind Samaritan found it and turned it into Pandora . My experience was made great by Tom and was backed even further more by his awesome store manager Erin 🤗 who went above and beyond to make sure of that!! 🥰 Thank you to you both
Went there today and the associate that helped us was Destiny. She took time to see what I liked and showed me multiple choices all in my style from previous purchases. Took time going over pricing and sales. Made the entire purchase experience so much better than I’ve experienced before. Would go back just to work with her again. Choose the starfish, snake pendant and hummingbird charms today. The store had great selections and sales. Thank you!
Retail associate was rude and refused to check for my package. Never order online to pick up from this store, as they will NOT assist you in the manner that is needed.
