The only reason I’m giving 2 star is the customer service. Feels very unwelcome, feels uncomfortable when your shopping and the employees make you feel like your bothering them when asking questions. Management should really address this. Wont be coming to this pandora again. Rather drive to Bakersfield.
Absolutely unacceptable. My daughter had an awful experience with an employee named Bobbi, who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly irritated by having to do her job. Her facial expressions alone were enough to make my daughter feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. What should have been a happy milestone—buying her first Pandora ring—was completely ruined. Ordered a ring from them. Arrived 3 days late. Also arrived without a ring in the box. Worse jewelry store next to Daniel’s.
In violation of Pandora's own company return policy! BEWARE! Will not accept returns from online orders - in person - even though the website says you are able to do this! Pandora corporate needs to investigate this branch and bring it in compliance with company standards!
