Great experience the young lady that helped me did great. She just did not explain to me on how to open up my bracelet but overall it was great. Store was great. Prices were awesome.

The rudest customer service I've ever experienced. As soon as we walked in, there were four employees, and none of them looked up to greet us or asked if we needed any help. We waited, and when no one came to speak to us, we walked towards an employee. As soon as we got close to her, she and her coworker walked towards the back, clearly trying to avoid doing their job. I don't understand how this store is running with such rude customer service. If I can give a 0 I would gladly

Don’t go. Not worth, the workers are too busy talking to eachother and no help was asked. My bf also went to get a ring down and they dropped the ring and told us that they were sorry for the damage and gave us a similar ring that I didn’t like. Not even a discount or anything after they dropped the ring we were purchasing. Never going again.
