Very pleasant experience during my wedding ring purchase. I called in advance and Bobbi answered the phone and I had inquired about a ring and sizes. Bobbi was really nice and took her time to shared the information with me. When I arrived later that day, Bobbi wasnt there anymore. There was two other lady there and they were so kind.. DO NOT BUY GOLD ITEMS!!! (They can’t even be resized and more than likely they will find the minimal issue to not provide a refund). Never had this problem with better quality gold jewelry stores like I did with this store. Horrible experience after going in once to try and return a ring I purchased that had not been used but at their eye it had been and to them it was in horrible conditions not even a month of purchasing it and it had just been sitting in the box and they said they wouldn’t be able to resell it this was wit... read more

The only reason I’m giving 2 star is the customer service. Feels very unwelcome, feels uncomfortable when your shopping and the employees make you feel like your bothering them when asking questions. Management should really address this. Wont be coming to this pandora again. Rather drive to Bakersfield.
