I would not recommend shopping this pandora. my boyfriend bought up each an engraved bracelet on Valentines of last year. (wouldn’t recommend buying pandora jewelry in general tbh) after less than a year the gold coating is chipping off my bracelet in some places already. for reference, i take it off to swim, shower, the gym, etc and for the price, even if i didnt, it should have held up better. i called the store regarding my protection plan and they claim they have no record of the purchase even tho I have an email from pa... read more

I had such an incredible experience at Pandora! I rarely write reviews, but Uriah absolutely made my visit phenomenal, and she truly deserves to be recognized. Employees are very rude and not helpful it almost seems they hate their job. Stop by to see if I can replace my $300 bracelet sense I new to hey do no fix them and got told that they do not longer carry my bracelet and there is nothing they can do even though it’s under warranty and I just purchased last year.
