I had an issue with my ring and visited the Garland location first, but unfortunately they were not very helpful. I then went to the Allen location, and my experience was completely different. The associate who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I don’t know her name, but she made the process easy, replaced my ring, and even helped me add Pandora Care. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and willingness to help.
Staff was nice and professional
They sent me to another store 30 minutes away and told me my ring could be replaced there because they didn’t have it and when I arrived at the other store they said that was never possible according to the policies of the company. They lied just because they didn’t wanted to replace the ring that was damaged. Terrible service and waste of time.
