My husband and I visited this location for the first time yesterday. He had bought me a ring for Christmas and it was too small. The two women working asked for the receipt which my husband had on his phone. It was bought online through a promotion. I love coming here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection with plenty of options to choose from, and if something is out of stock, they go out of their way to help find alternatives or get the item for you. This is definitely my favorite Pandora location!
I came to this location looking for a gold engraving bracelet. Unfortunately, the engraving machine wasn’t available, and at first I wasn’t planning to buy anything. However, the associates were so kind, professional, and helpful that they completely changed my mind. They showed me other options, educated me on the engraving process, and explained how to properly care for my gold jewelry. I ended up purchasing the bracelet and will definitely be returning once the engraving machine is available.
Coming from a guy who doesn’t shop for jewelry often, Pandora made the experience really easy. I’ve been coming here for about two years now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is helpful without being pushy and always helps me find the perfect gift. My partner absolutely loves everything I’ve gotten. Definitely a go-to spot!
