Employees were ready to help.
This store needs their employees to be retrained. They're telling customers to go to other stores just to do exchanges or returns but when we go the other stores say they're not supposed to do that!
I had an issue with my ring and visited the Garland location first, but unfortunately they were not very helpful. I then went to the Allen location, and my experience was completely different. The associate who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I don’t know her name, but she made the process easy, replaced my ring, and even helped me add Pandora Care. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and willingness to help.
