I wish I could give 0 stars. People have been continuously mentioning mid length blonde associate - I had exactly same terrible experience with her in this store. This associate point blank lied to my face that charms cannot be returned since they are final sale, but I argued that it doesn’t mention on the website where I purchased. Terrible customer service, i went to the store for an exchange because i needed a bigger size and got shut down right away. I was within my 30 days of exchange or return but the lady was not helpful and also rude. The Lady told me to just go exchange it at the location it was bought and i did no issues there at all it was quick and easy i was out with my exchange in minutes.

I came in to make a purchase. The associate wasn’t friendly or helpful. I felt rushed and she didn’t seem interested in helping me. I currently have a pandora bracelet I wanted to purchase a silver one to start a mixed metal stack. Customer service was definitely a 0/10. Just visit a different store
