I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of your employees named Julian, a blonde woman. Every time I have visited the store, her attitude has been negative, as if she is bothered by having to assist me. On this last visit, I came to buy a gift for my mother, and once again she was rude and arrogant. If you’re colored DON’T SHOP at this location because they will not help you!! Literally stood there for 10 minutes and no one said anything but hi!! There’s something called “break away” you break away from one customer to help another customer!! No one said “give me me second” or ANYTHING!!

Thought I was the only person experiencing rude staff who acts like your money and you are beneath them. Never had a pleasant experience at this location EVER! Almost went off on blondie today. They don’t even greet you walking in just a smug look and stare
