I would never step foot in here again. When I walked in, the greeting was sub par and as I waited no had the decency to let me know that someone would be right with me. The associate who I can only presume was the manager (mid length dirty blonde hair) was rude and chose not to help me. I say chose because I purchased a charm online, Pandora sent the wrong one. LILY IS THE BEST!!! so nice!! so helpful!! sometimes when i’m looking through all the trays of charms i feel bad for going back and forth but she was so patient while we looked at all our options and she was so personable and chatty with us!!! she is the best!!
My husband and I visited this location for the first time yesterday. He had bought me a ring for Christmas and it was too small. The two women working asked for the receipt which my husband had on his phone. It was bought online through a promotion.
