Bought a ring online. They messed up on the size so I went to exchange it in store and the lady was incredibly rude. They wouldn’t even let me try to exchange it for a bigger size and basically shooed me out of the store. Guess I won’t EVER be spending money at this location.
DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!! I had bought a ring thought the place was great I got another one I got offered no warranty the second time for a more expensive ring and less than a week two stones fell out I went back in and the lady acted like she knew that was going to happen said my ring was bent that’s why they fell out indeed it is NOT bent and I offered to pay more for them to repair it but to my surprise they DONT do that I will never be buying any jewelry from this place again if I’m paying that price for a ring at a plac... read more
Nice looking jewelry, but overpriced for the cuts and clarity that they provide. They have some nice options but it's mostly a store for "young" couples or those who dont care about real jewelry.
