I needed to exchange a ring but did not have the receipt as it was a gift, I wanted the same ring but in silver, the manager there gave me the 3rd degree, asking me so many questions I really felt like a criminal, what the hell! I even told her I buy so much jewelry from pandora, she can check my acct and I said to her I will go to the Topanga mall location and exchange it there but finally she did the exchange. My husband went in to this location to get a new charm for my bracelet. But when no one tried to help him he went up to someone just sitting behind a counter and asked about a specific charm. He said she was rude and didn't want to help him. He asked to check the back because we were told that if we wanted a specific charm we saw online just screenshot it and come in and ask. Very busy but good service
Horrible customer service. I received a ring a week ago as a gift for my anniversary and it was too big for me so my boyfriend and I tried exchanging it for a different size. We had the receipt with the date and an account and obviously it was within the 30 days. The ring was in very good condition all rhinestones were there and the rhinestone was still blinging. Honestly, I really don’t like going to this place and many other Pandora’s, but especially this one in Northridge. I know that I am a male but every time I go, I can never get help or any service and it sucks cause I wish I could just check myself out. But mist inventory is hidden away so i do need help from the associates.
