I had a good experience shopping at this Pandora location. Carla was very kind and helpful when I was purchasing two bracelets. :) They have a great selection of charms too!

I've always had good experiences at this Pandora location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and does their best to assist customers, even during the busiest times of the year. One thing I think people sometimes forget is that respect goes both ways. Employees deserve the same courtesy and kindness that customers expect to receive. I needed to exchange a ring but did not have the receipt as it was a gift, I wanted the same ring but in silver, the manager there gave me the 3rd degree, asking me so many questions I really felt like a criminal, what the hell! I even told her I buy so much jewelry from pandora, she can check my acct and I said to her I will go to the Topanga mall location and exchange it there but finally she did the exchange. My husband went in to this location to get a new charm for my bracelet. But when no one tried to help him he went up to someone just sitting behind a counter and asked about a specific charm. He said she was rude and didn't want to help him. He asked to check the back because we were told that if we wanted a specific charm we saw online just screenshot it and come in and ask.
