Visited the store a month ago and One of the employees there- a young woman (maybe a latina) was in a bad mood i guess and wasn’t very welcoming, made me feel like I'm bothering her. She wasn't very happy asking her to show me charms. Please if you hate what you do, then just QUIT ! Not going back !!
if you are looking for a place to waste a lot of time, money and nerves, please, after payment you can be sent to hell, I have been solving my issue for 35 days, I bought online on December 22, on the 27th the store cancelled and I did not receive my parcel, but no one returned my money to me!!!!!! today is already January 28th I am still trying to get my money, people do not be so stupid to buy something here, no one from the support team will help you, I highly doubt not recommend this place
I have never been so mistreated and stereotyped as I was today from a Latina as me too, Ariana, mind you, she is the assistant manager, she was so rude, unkind and seemed very upset when I asked to see the jewelry. I was looking for a gift so obviously I wanted to see some options, but she seemed so annoyed and didn’t want to help me, I was ready to buy and she made feel as I was begging for a stupid bracelet, she definitely has to work on her attitude.
