I had the pleasure of having Jocelyn help me and she was super sweet and helpful! I really appreciated her help to make a choice on a bracelet, and I appreciated how she did not pressure me into buying something I wasn’t 100% happy with! So major shout out to her!!
The store hours on both Google and the official Pandora website are incorrect—they don’t open at the times listed on the weekends. Also, the order pickup process really needs improvement. I came in right at opening to pick up an order, expecting it to be quick, but I was placed in the same queue as shoppers who needed assistance. This completely defeats the purpose of order pickup, which is supposed to save time.
