The location is nice. The lady who engraved my niece's bracelet did it wrong twice. It was embarrassing actually. I got so frustrated I just took the bracelet as it was. The pandora insignia and the name were upside down. I've gotten this bracelet engraved for someone else before and it was perfect. She also talked a LOT which is probably why she screwed the bracelet up. I was on a time crunch, she ended up having to go to Macy's to retrieve another engraveable bracelet from their store. I got a cleaning here, and on the way home I realized something was wrong with my bracelet confused how my charms got ruined during a cleaning? They were sliver and sparkly before the cleaning. Upsetting as I love this bracelet, definitely won’t be back to this location.
