I had to come by this location due to ordering a graduation gift and it was not the right size. I didn't buy protection for it, etc. I was greeted by Kirsten and she was nothing short of completely amazing! She helped me in more ways then one, it was such a pleasure and I am so grateful she was the person who represented Pandora!! Come see her, you won't regret it!

Purchased earrings with a gift card and had to pay some extra due to the overall price. I was charged for a protection plan even though I was never informed of it. Since I was not sure how much my total was and the difference due to the card AND the fact that NO physical receipt was given, I didnt even know until I saw it in an email. Poor communication and just plain shady.

Genesis was amazing!! She was so kind and helped me out tremendously. She gets 5 stars for my visit. However, my poor ratings are for the non people of color, that were staring me down the entire time in the store that I presume are the managers. It was almost as if they were racial profiling or ensuring nothing was going on and I couldn’t afford a purchase. I visited the store today to purchase Pandora charms for my mother‑in‑law and walked around for several minutes without being greeted or offered assistance. I understand that staff may have been helping other customers, but a simple acknowledgment or letting me know someone would be with me shortly would have been appreciated. The lack of basic courtesy made the experience disappointing.
