I put charms on hold went to pick them up and was describing them and one of the employees showed me her necklace and I said yes those. She said said I bought the last two last night. Pandora had a policy that an employee can't buy anything if it's the last one. Im calling the district manager. I wasted my time and gas driving to Waldorf.
Customer service was excellent. The seller was very informative of items and other incentives. I had a very pleasant experience.
Customer service is definitely not a strong suit. Came in to exchange sizes for a bracelet and had a young lady Makenzie or McKayla just stand there. Lack of customer service and communication from her as she blankly looks at me. I ask for a bigger size, she walks away and grabs a new size and barely even tries it on my wrist before putting it back and grabbing another one. The next one she grabs is way too big and she just places it on the counter and is waiting in her manager for an exchange but never informed me at all. T... read more
I went to the store today to exchange two bracelets I previously purchased from another store two weeks ago. The store manger was very rude. It’s disappointing because she never greeted me nor my daughter and my daughter had to witness her terrible customer service. The manager walked away a few times while she was supposedly trying to assist me. The customer service I received today was terrible!
