I went to that store last month with one of my coworkers and the ladys staff there they were rude since the moment we got to the store. They were looking at us like superiors and mainly because we were asking about the Last Chance sells. I shared my experience now because two days ago two of my coworkers went to D gates to buy a bracelet and they gave them the same extremely rude attitude to them. This was the second store I visited during my flight delay, hoping to buy a charm for my Pandora bracelet. Unfortunately, the sales associate was extremely rude, which completely turned me off from making the purchase. I don’t like leaving low-star reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. While the store itself was clean and well-organized, the poor customer service left me disappointed. I definitely won’t be returning.
