Visited Pandora at the airport and as always, it remains a trustworthy store with beautiful jewelry and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. For an airport location, the selection was actually quite good with plenty of items to browse through. Nice stop while waiting for a flight and always fun to look around even if just window shopping.
The saleswoman was super rude.
I purchased a Pandora bracelet in Las Vegas after being assured by the salesperson that it was strong and durable. Within just two days, it kept opening and slipping off. I removed it to avoid losing it and returned a week later to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was denied because they claimed it was “broken” which was exactly the reason I wanted my money back.
