I was sold a bracelet that was on sale and wasn't told it was final sale and I can't return it. Which I have been able to in the past. If this is a new policy you should inform your customers. I told the sales person that it felt tight but was told that as long as I can fit two fingers in between its not. Bought earrings for my wife but 1 in the pair was defective and would not close properly. Brought them back to replace with the same item. The sales girl didn’t want to replace and kept insisting there was nothing wrong but yet she couldn’t even get the piece to close. She was rude & had a snotty attitude. I insisted to see her manager. She took the earrings and stormed off to the back room and came back 5 minutes later without the manager. If I could leave a minus stars review I absolutely would. Customer service at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall store was absolutely horrible. We were lied to by the very manager... I came to exchange a bracelet that I had purchased just 5 days before and all I wanted to do is just exchange it. They claim that the finish had signs of having been worn....
