I went to the store and the sales associate, Sapphire, assisted me while I was shopping for a gold-plated charm. She explained that if the charm became damaged within two years, I could bring it back. At no point did she mention or clearly explain that there would be any additional cost for this protection. I visited the store to pick up an order and browse, and asked to see the clearance charms. The sales associate quoted me specific prices, but when she rang them up, the prices came out higher. She acknowledged the discrepancy and said she would ask her manager to adjust the prices to what I had originally been told. After speaking with the manager, she returned to inform me that the manager refused to honor the quoted prices. I was sold a bracelet that was on sale and wasn't told it was final sale and I can't return it. Which I have been able to in the past. If this is a new policy you should inform your customers. I told the sales person that it felt tight but was told that as long as I can fit two fingers in between its not. I wore the bracelet a few days and then I begin to get imprints of the bracelet on my wrist. Now I'm stuck with a bracelet that is too tight.
