I was just at the Pandora in bayshore. I came in to buy my first bracelet I’ve been wanting one for so long absolutely loved how nice the whole staff was with me they explained everything they made me feel so special, will definitely come to get more charms to fill my bracelet. I was at this location to clean my bracelet and the sales associate esahl was so helpful she showed me new products I fell in love with the petite collection. Im going to be adding it In with my other Pandora collection which would look soo cute.
Went there to purchase a charm 1/14/2026. I was the only customer in the store and was ignored by the Store associate who were making video on her phone with the other associate. When she finally came to attend to me she told me that the item I wanted was not in stock. I told her it was, according to a nearby other store. and then send her back to the corner to continue making her video and had the other store associate attend to me. If I could give this store a zero I would. They sold me a defective bracelet and didn't tell me it was final sale. I took it back & they would not exchange it or fix it
