The worst Pandora store I've been to. In addition to leaving me waiting 20 minutes for the service, they still haven't let me try the rings. I've been to other Pandora stores at Westfield Valley Fair where I can try on the rings and I took $700 dollars in purchases while here I was treated with suspicion. With the customer on my side, the saleswoman was showing the pieces on the counter, for me she said that it was only allowed to show through the glass.

Compré una Pulsera Pandora hace un poco más de un mes, lamentablemente venía con un defecto de fábrica y la nueva gerente no me solucionó nada, la razón que me dio fue que la pieza que venía con el defecto no tenía garantía. Era una clienta muy frecuente pero con esta falta de atención y empatía no volvería a comprar nada en esta localidad. Realmente extraño el anterior manager, era una gran persona y siempre solucionaba los problemas rápidamente.

Javier, the manager, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service by assisting with an exchange. Daniela and Katherine were extremely helpful and patient while helping my mom and I pick out new charms and bracelets. A pleasant customer service experience overall!
