What a lovely experience! I visited for my birthday to get a brand new bracelet with charms and Makayla was such a pleasure to work with. She was very informative, charismatic, and shows she really cares that you walk out with something you love. No pressuring at all! I will absolutely be coming back to see her.

Went in first thing on Christmas Eve morning. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I have been in other Pandora stores and this one is by far the best.
