I didn’t want to leave a negative review but it needs to be done. This is my second time visiting this Store and both times were not pleasant. I think there needs to be some training on customer service. The first time I came it was three associates and a Manager I assume and still had to wait for somebody to help me. If I could rate this store 0 stars, I would. The manager and her associates have 0 customer service skills and won’t comply with the pandora warrantee as described on their website. My butterfly bracelet from Pandora has a clasp that has completely disconnected from the bracelet itself and won’t shut. I have multiple bracelets from Pandora and this is the only bracelet that i’ve had an issue with.
