Nautica was such a sweetheart and made sure I was satisfied with everything I got last week. Couldn’t imagine a nicer sales rep. I tried to go to the JCPenny jewelry department before I went to Pandora and that lady ignored me and was so nasty. Shout out to this Pandora store for great staff. 💜
I visited Pandora for my daughter’s birthday, hoping for a special experience, but I was not satisfied. The service was not welcoming, and the staff didn’t seem very happy or engaged. For such an important day, I expected a warmer and friendlier atmosphere. Pandora could definitely improve by focusing more on customer service and making guests feel appreciated.
