Came in looking for jewelry for my mom. Wasn’t sure where to start. Thankfully one of the workers approached me with a smile and gave me great assistance. Lily knew exactly what to get my mom. She ended up loving it. Plan on coming in again for Mother’s Day. I will be asking for Lily. Some of the best customer service I’ve had.

Went into store on 12/21 in hopes to purchase Christmas gifts for my daughters and myself. Customer service was horrible. We were never greeted nor acknowledged waited 10 minutes for help. Still we were never acknowledged or helped. We ended leaving.
Landon was great to helping me find the piece of jewelry for my friends during secret Santa
Noel was an AMAZING HELP!!! He helped me start the bracelet of my dreams. Will definitely be coming to Pandora in Melbourne for all my purchases from now on.
