When we walked in nobody greeted us as all of the employees were talking amongst one another. no acknowledgement to my family and i so we left.
My fiancée and i were shopping for new rings for her and Melissa, (the store manager) was so friendly and super helpful. her interaction with us and her staff was probably some of the best i’ve seen. she is respectful and helped us get the perfect ring.
Noel is my favorite salesman here. He is great!! Their all great here.. very helpful an friendly!
Nautica was such a sweetheart and made sure I was satisfied with everything I got last week. Couldn’t imagine a nicer sales rep. I tried to go to the JCPenny jewelry department before I went to Pandora and that lady ignored me and was so nasty. Shout out to this Pandora store for great staff. 💜
