Customer service could’ve been way better. Went in with my boyfriend and was just looked at rather than greeted and when we asked about a ring I wanted to purchase sales associate Leslie wasn’t welcoming at all and the interaction felt passive aggressive. Even though it wasn’t the best experience we still bought the ring regardless, though i don’t recommend coming to this location.

Ran into an issue with a brand new purchase I got at a Pandora store and stopped by the Temecula Promenade one. Decided to call and ask my question about my item instead (because I knew it was 5mins to close for them and didn’t want to keep them from getting off and getting home.
