I came into Pandora today to do an exchange on a snake chain bracelet that i accidentally ordered too big online and as soon as i walked in i was greeted by two amazing ladies named Lea and Natalia! they were amazing! so friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. They made it easy to find my correct bracelet size and were just genuinely so sweet the whole time. Definitely appreciate their awesome customer service who made my entire experience here amazing!
I always ask for Tara when I go into the store because she is super helpful. She has a great sense of style and always recommends the cutest combinations!
Member service is great when I go in and the employees seem to want to help you find an item that fits your needs. Lea was the best!
I enjoy shopping here to get my jewelry. The jewelry is good quality, affordable, and the service is great! Walking in I’m already greeted and everyone is so friendly and kind. Definitely will be coming back to this location.
