This location is the best. I will always make my way to Riverton to shop! I have not been in a hot minute. However, I went to I went to Fashion place and they were snotty and just judgmental and rude! It make me appreciate the fun I have at Mountain View and the staff they have there!

I bought some earrings and I put them on once, I didn't like the clasp because it kept opening. I went to exchange them because the purchase was 8 days ago and they didn't exchange them. The after-sales service is terrible and I've been a customer for a long time. I won't buy from Pandora again.
I’ve been to many Pandora stores. Any time I go somewhere new I try to get a charm. Despite that, this location is the ONLY one that recommended I purchase the warrant every time. It has already come in handy! Aside from the amazing customer service, Tara and Natalie remembered personal conversations we had on my first visit and I was so impressed they remembered me the next time I came in. It provided a very personal touch. I will drive out of my way to go to their store from now on.
