My wife felt very well taken care of by Alessandra. She was very polite and helpful with our warranty request. Not only she was able to exchange the earrings that had fallen pearls, but also she polished and clean her bracelets and now all the charms look like new.

I understand this is attached to a location for a store but a review is still a review. But this is for their online website. It’s the most frustrating thing to navigate. It’s slow, glitches and fails EVERYTIME to allow me to create an account. Extremely disappointing to see a successful business have a pathetic online platform. Wish I could put negative stars.
Placed a pickup order the previous day for an anticipated quick pickup. Waiting in the store now for about ~30 minutes now… I’ve been a customer for a while so it doesn’t matter if you order ahead or wait in line, it’s the same waitlist apparently which I was in.
