The employees at this specific Pandora have the absolute worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced. You walk in, they’re on their phones. You ask for help, they roll their eyes. You ask a question, they can’t seem to string together an answer. There are so many other Pandora stores on island, if you want to leave happier than when you enter, do not go to this location. Last minute cancelled my order Christmas is tomorrow!!
Had the most awful experience with Roxanne the store manager over buying bags... on October 22 2025. I went in and there were two women working one of which was Roxanne and only two guest that were browsing the collection. I let her know I just wanted to buy 2 bags for my girlfriend's birthday and she said I needed to wait my turn and that their 30 cents.
