The couple of times my husband and I walked in our visits were pleasant and the ladies who helped us were very polite.
WENT IN BECAUSE MY BRACELET WAS BROKEN AND THE STORE MANAGER SHAY FIXED IT IN NO TIME AND ALSO CLEANED IT! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shay helped me with the cleaning of my bracelet. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well.
Very poorly made jewelry for a way over priced cost. My husband bought me 1 tiny pair of hoops and a very plain bar bracelet, he spent over $200 dollars on these and within a month they were rusting and turning colors. Absolutely will never shop there again!!!
I found myself shopping for my granddaughters here often they have great selections excellent service at the Eastwood Mall in Niles
