Kayia's Customer service was very unpleasant and very uniformative, to the point she was motivated and attentive to be at work to point that I almost walked out! I don't feel that she is a good representation for the image of Pandora's company.

Went two days in a row with the hectic holiday shoppers searching for a particular charm. Online stated it was available, went the fist day the girl gave me an "oh we don't have that it's discontinued" and brushed me off. The next day online is still saying the same. I called before I went, and the associate stated they did have it in stock, but it was low, hence the reason I couldn't buy it online & pick up in store. I came in to look at some of the charms and none of the employees acknowledged that there was a line to look at the jewelry. I was looking to see if someone would come and ask if I needed help but none of the employees behind the counter said anything! Just skipped over me to help the next person. The employee who helped me, I think her name was ty? skipped over me instead of saying “hi just to let you know there is a line”.
