A few days ago, I bought some bracelets and charms at a Pandora store in the Brownsville, Texas mall. Some of the sales associates were cold and impersonal when I asked for help, and they only became friendly and smiled when it was time to pay.
Great customer service, for a black Friday was awesome, very organized A+ recommended
I had to pick up an online order for my son. Long story short- store was closing before I was going to arrive. I called and t told them that I would be arriving minutes after closing. Surprised to see that Marisa was patiently waiting for us to arrive with item ready to go. Staff went above and beyond. Will be shopping there more often. Great service, very friendly
