I had to pick up an online order for my son. Long story short- store was closing before I was going to arrive. I called and t told them that I would be arriving minutes after closing. Surprised to see that Marisa was patiently waiting for us to arrive with item ready to go. Staff went above and beyond. Will be shopping there more often. Great service, very friendly
Got a gift from my son from Pandora December 20, 2024 went in today because the collapse is broken and because my son bought extra insurance they told me to wait until December 22, 2025 to make that claim because they said I broke the clasp so they did not want to do a warranty on the bracelet so because of that I am giving them the worst review ever they’re rude they want me to wait 20 days for me to use the extra insurance at my son got so they did not help what’s so ever plus the bracelet pulls your hair.
