Staff could be a little friendlier at times.
Took 40 minutes between waiting in line and troubleshooting Pandora's rewards program, all for a single charm. The computer system didn't store our previous purchases (less than 24 months ago) or rewards. We couldn't get a cleaning or buy jewelry without re-registering. The staff was friendly but my first experience at a Pandora store felt more like a trip to the DMV.
They say they do a 30 day return or exchange but I didn’t even buy this ring 5 days ago and they say it’s damaged when my wife only wore it twin cuz it made her finger swell and then it was put up so please explain why they want to go against there 30 day return or exchange and made me buy a new one so it will fit my wife so I will not be buying or getting anything from this place terrible customer service honestly
