Will probably never buy a pandora ring again. I bought my ring in the pandora store in Disneyland. I took it to the shop here in rogers because there is tarnish not even 3 months into me owning the ring (I don’t shower with it, put lotions on with it, nor wash my hands with the ring on). They proceeded to tell me there is nothing that they can do because it was bought through their location in Disney. They don’t have access to that system. Make that make sense? Cody was amazing. I’ve been a couple of times and each time the service has been great. All of the staff that I’ve been helped by have been creative with helping me with gift ideas.
My family and I come into this pandora often. Everytime we come in Cody is in there to help us out. He is always so patient and helpful with all of our asks.
Cody was such a delight to work with! He helped me build three ring stacks to represent each of my kids and they are gorgeous! Such a fun shopping experience with him!
