Went in to get my ring cleaned and to purchase a new item after returning jewelry at another store. The associate who cleaned my ring was very nice, however, the other younger one who took over just was NOT very attentive and borderline prejudice. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I went to this Sioux Falls store on Saturday, March 16th at 3pm. The man working the counter was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I had received a Pandora bracelet from my children for Christmas, it was too big. We live out of town and when I stumbled upon this store a few weeks earlier, I was excited to bring my bracelet in, on our next visit to Sioux Falls.
