If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I went to this Sioux Falls store on Saturday, March 16th at 3pm. The man working the counter was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I had received a Pandora bracelet from my children for Christmas, it was too big. We live out of town and when I stumbled upon this store a few weeks earlier, I was excited to bring my bracelet in, on our next visit to Sioux Falls. The staff seemed annoyed to help. We have been into this store 2 times in the month of January. The first time, I had a bracelet to return and purchased another. The second visit, my daughter purchased a ring. The 2 visits were similar in nature. The men working were unwelcoming and not friendly. They seemed irritated by our presence. I am very disappointed in the customer service that we received. In the future, my daughters and I will order our Pandora online or go to other stores.
