If you’re excited to buy some jewelry with your wife, I would highly avoid this place. Nikole was working today and we got there about 30 mins after they opened and Nikole just couldn’t look and sound more annoyed. She completely ruined my wife’s experience with a brand new pandora charm bracelet. If you work customer service you should be friendly and she was not at all. Very rude experience I had at this store. I went to return a bracelet I got as a gift and they refused to let me return it because I didn’t have the receipt. The staff there was VERY rude and not helpful at all, they thought they were better than you. As a paying customer, coming into a store and not getting the help I need is very upsetting. Will not being going back there!
