I had such a great experience at Pandora! Rider was so nice, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed in the store. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect gift for my daughter, which made the whole experience amazing. Carmen was also there and just as kind. Thanks to both of them, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went on 11/24/24 to find out my new ring size and purchase a couple of rings, but no one proceeded to greet me or assist me.So while I was being ignored I left.This is not the first time I've had this kind of encounter at that particular store.Clearly all the employees lack Customer service skills.
