Went on 11/24/24 to find out my new ring size and purchase a couple of rings, but no one proceeded to greet me or assist me.So while I was being ignored I left.This is not the first time I've had this kind of encounter at that particular store.Clearly all the employees lack Customer service skills.
i came to this store and asked if there was any bracelets for men and the worker just shrugged and said i could show u the bracelets and just stood there looking at us. so we walked around then left, we came back 20 mins later and we asked to get helped and then again, the workers just stood there and looked at us. as the store manager was helping a customer and the customer left, the manager started to talk about the customer when she hasn’t even left the store. customer service here could use some help.. especially just no... read more
