As long as that line was , got to the front, the salelady seemed very irritated and it made me uncomfortable . I went in to Pandora to buy a charm and to get my 2 bracelets cleaned. The store associates all had several customers that they each were taking care of but I was immediately greeted and acknowledged. When it was my turn the young lady who had greeted me was very helpful and very attentive to my dirty bracelets. Once she was done helping me with my purchase of a "50" charm for my sister and my cleaning of bracelets I thanked her and asked her for her name. Her name was Sania. Bought my girlfriend a bracelet a few days ago and the younger noce lady was so helpful but when I had to exchange it today the older lady was nice for replacing it although she didn’t have to but she revealed the price of it to my girlfriend and the fact that it was on sale. I’m highly upset, that was sooo tacky. I still give the younger lady 5 stars tho.

Walked into this location already knowing what i wanted to purchase. Two sales associates on duty and they were helping 2 customers. I patiently waited…while walking around the store browsing - waiting to be assisted. Not ONCE was i acknowledged,spoken to, given any eye contact, or any other form of customer service. After receiving no communication, after about 15 minutes, I walked out of the store and will make my purchase on line.
