Customer service is HORRIBLE. They are very uninterested with helping you. I wanted to exchange a gift and the attitude the workers have are horrendous. I didn't want to deal with them so I returned it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Sales associate was rude and unfriendly. We felt ignored and uncomfortable. They were uninterested in helping us.
I just want to say Flo was a great help today, taking care of me, and showing options! She was selling the whole project and I appreciate her!! Thanks Flo! :)
This store is horrible my second time there in a couple of years and was still treated poorly they should be ashamed of their employees and management don’t understand how they are still serving people
