I would give zero if I could. Today, I visited the Pandora store in Hobart IN (Southlake Mall - Merrillville, IN) and it was my biggest mistake. While trying to find the corporate office to file a complaint, I came across numerous negative comments about this particular store on their website. Go to a different location if you can! The employees/manager at this location act as though helping you in the last thing they want to do. I’ve been here twice and that’s 2 times too many. First time a younger girl was just very cold and unwelcoming. Only perked up when she say I was going to be making a purchase. Second time which was today I dealt with the “store manager” and same vibe from her. What’s with this place??? Customer service is HORRIBLE. They are very uninterested with helping you. I wanted to exchange a gift and the attitude the workers have are horrendous. I didn't want to deal with them so I returned it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Sales associate was rude and unfriendly. We felt ignored and uncomfortable. They were uninterested in helping us.
I just want to say Flo was a great help today, taking care of me, and showing options! She was selling the whole project and I appreciate her!! Thanks Flo! :)
