I had a friend and his wife who little over a year ago decided to get married. They went to the Pandora store for a ring and was told by the salesperson it was 14 karat gold. It didn't have the 14K mark stamped on the inside of the ring so they questioned it but the salesperson assured them it was 14 karat gold. Less than 2 months later, the ring was leaving black marks on the finger so they took it back to Pandora. They were told that's normal and it was 14 karat gold.
