Customer service. I asked a question about a bangle and her response was so stupid. She just didn’t want to sell
My daughter and her boyfriend went to into your store last weekend to get me a few charms and the two sales associates didn’t even ask if they need help....as they were walking away they made a rude comments and started laughing....my daughter is 22 so it wasn’t like she was a child going into your store....I have been buying pandora charms for for a very long time but this has upset me

I went to the Tucson Mall store yesterday and I will not go back. The girls who "work" there have no clue about there charms nor the product. I notice the staff is all new, I asked for a past employee and their response back was very unprofessional, rude and nasty. What went wrong at that store who knows but save your time and buy online or at other location.
