Very dissapointed. I went to Pandora Sherway where last year I bought a necklace. It broke the little thing that you close and I asked the ladies of they could help . They did not even check to see if the necklace still has warranty, they simply said they cannot help amd send me to a jewwlry store. They dodn’t care at all about solving this issue. Very poor customer service!!!!!
